Again, from my files. Canon EOS 5D Mark III with the superb 500mm f/4 lens, handheld for better focusing on the bird in movement, @ 1/1000, f/8, ISO 400, with a +1 exposure compensation.

Cropped for composition, Photoshop auto colour filter. Many tiny snow sparklets cloned away. Slight Unsharp Mask filter applied.
