Butternut Snap biscuits warmed in a shallow patty pan tray for 2 minutes in the oven, gently pressed to form a shallow cup allow to cool, then add a teaspoon full of dark chocolate ganache ( rum & raisin is quite delicious, but these are made with my favourite Lindt Dark, cream and butter.
They are a delicious bite size treat.
