A repentant and reformed Scrooge addressed the audience at the end of the show, reminding all of the many people, those poor and homeless, in our own city, who will not have a Christmas dinner, or much at all.
This fitted so well with the theme of A Christmas Carol, and was most appropriate. Staff and actors were positioned with collection buckets as we all left. The donations rolled in. What a nice feeling.
