Thai Rice Noodles
Cashew Cheese Sauce (recipe in gallery)
Peas & Green Beans
Halved Cherry Tomatoes
Chopped Celery
Onion & Sliced Mushrooms
Chopped Bell peppers
1/2 Cup Chic Peas
Package Tuna
Garlic / Pepper / Salt / Italian Seasoning
A side of Pickled Beets enhances this tasty meal.
Process: steamed Veggies & Chic Peas 6 minutes. Cooked Rice Noodles 6 minutes according to directions.
Reheated Cashew Cream Sauce (which I had frozen in 3/4 Cup servings). Combined everything and added Seasoning. Sprayed with Liquid Aminos. Serve hot or cold.
