Again, this is the kind of black and white I feel comfortable to view and admire. I love the soft feel and mood of the image. Nothing is really solid black. No harsh contrast. Ruby's leather coat might be in black, but in this photo it looks charcoal. With their coats and Ruby's hair (lots of details in her hair) and scarf being the darkest tones against the light background, it just perfectly make the two ladies stand out. It was a cloudy day, there was no harsh shadow on their faces, which emphasizes their genuine smile. It's an impressive portrait. ~VVVV~
