This is embarrassing. It was on a windowsill over my mother's kitchen sink. I put it on the counter next to the sink and moved it around until I liked the way it looked. I wasn't thrilled with the discoloration at its lower edge but didn't feel like doing anything to deal with it. Oh, and the likelihood of its ever having opened a bottle is low.
