I can understand a hearse driving slow in a street where they have just picked up a coffin.
But this is a dual carriageway with a 50 mph limit. The hearse was doing just over 30 mph.
Cars approaching it suddenly realise how slow it is travelling and suddenly swing out into the middle lane.
