Super quick and easy with a little forethought.
Used bamboo steamer—
Started with a Cup of Rice/Quinoa I had frozen.
Put in steamer basket.
Added Pinto Beans,and
Veggies from freezer—
Green beans, chopped Bell Peppers,
Chopped Onions;
Added sliced Mushrooms and chopped
Tomato, Yellow Squash, a little fresh Kale or Spinach
2 TBSP TOMATO SAUCE
Season with Garlic, Basil, Ginger,
Ground FLAX SEED, pepper and Nutritional Yeast
Steam 7 minutes on High (Start timer after water
Is boiling.)
