An SD40-2 and GP38 are an unusual combination on this southbound UPRR Bend Local. The location is the bridge-tunnel-bridge combination not far from the beginning of the gravel access road. This shot requires a walk along a trail over the top of the tunnel portal, not very safe but doable with no room for error due to the drop straight down to the tracks.
