The pink lotuses were in the midst of blooming, but most of the white ones looked pretty much past their prime.

We used to visit the gardens every July for the Lotus and Water Lily Festival but didn't make it last year, so we decided to take advantage of the July 4 holiday and toured the park with Queenie. We were a bit early for full bloom, but still, an enjoyable time was had by all.
