Dans le clocher de la cathédrale de Strasbourg se trouve une cloche dite « bourdon ». Un bourdon est une grosse cloche lourde qui produit le son le plus grave d'un ensemble de cloches. Les cloches de la cathédrale de Strasbourg ont inspiré la cantate « Les Cloches de la cathédrale de Strasbourg » de Franz Liszt. ~VVV~

In the Strasbourg Cathedral bell tower, you can find a "bourdon" bell. A bourdon is a large, heavy bell that produces the lowest tone in a bell ensemble. The Strasbourg Cathedral's bells were the inspiration for Franz Liszt's cantata "The Bells of the Strasbourg Cathedral". ~VVV~
