The mural is smaller than the others, but it's a single portrait.

"Billy Thomas" by Sandy Clark

Born in 1874, he was the first male child of European ancestry born in the Chemainus Valley, and lived there all of his 102 years. In the later years of his life, he still had a good memory. He is fondly remembered by many valley residents, and they think he would have been very pleased to know that his image was part of the Chemainus mural project.
