Trump claimed that these aides used an autopen—a device that replicates a person’s signature—to sign legislation without Biden’s full awareness, suggesting that radical progressives were effectively “running the country.”  

Trump’s assertions come in the wake of public revelations about Biden’s diagnosis with an aggressive form of prostate cancer. He linked this diagnosis to further evidence of cognitive deterioration and called for an investigation into Biden’s use of the autopen.
