On Monday we are heading out for a six week trip to Europe. I am quite excited about it. So is Ginny. She does all the planning which is a massive project because of the detail she goes into. The result is an itinerary that is 29 pages long. Anyway, I decided to try out packing cubes on this trip. It is hard packing and repacking my suitcase for a trip of this length. So this morning I put everything together to see how it would work. The top is all the stuff i am taking. The middle is all that stuff put into cubes. The bottom is the packed suitcase. I am carrying along some stuff for Ginny's cousins in Belgium which is the box. All in, it was only 39 pounds, well below the limit. This should work out well.
