In Memory of Bill Cutler, HOA President

When we moved to this community of over 140 homes more than 27 years ago, my husband unwittingly agreed to be President of the Homeowners' Association.

He took on the task of having the roads dedicated to the Department of Transportation so residents would not have to pay for their maintenance and repaving. It wasn't an easy job.

In recognition of that effort, and also of happy times when he planned and led hikes with several of the residents, a group of neighbors got together and put up this bluebird house, bearing a plaque honoring him. He passed away April 9.
