Darned Facebook. I haven't been able to upload photos to it for several days. Don't know what's going on. Been making my eggplant this way for years. Dipped in beaten egg and then 4C Seasoned breadcrumbs. Homemade tomato sauce with browned sausage in it, parmesan cheese and mozarella cheese.
