I have been leading an existence that is far too sedentary. So my thought was to start taking long walks. There are nice hiking paths in the neighborhood. Along the way I listened to a pod cast, but my mind kept wandering off into the distance. There were some birds to see, and I got a snap of this yellow crowned night heron. The excitement is never-ending.
