I’ve started using Bamboo Tiered Baskets and Wok for steaming.
Wonderful kitchen tools. Had a leftover fish sandwich.
(The Fast Food shop overcooked the fish, I felt.)
I placed the fish filet in bottom basket (in small ceramic plate)
and added Seafood seasoning and cocktail sauce.
Lined the top basket with cheese cloth,
and filled with vegetables of choice.
Sprinkled with Seasoning. Placed lid on top.
Steamed 5 minutes. Done.
During last minute of steaming I toasted bun in preheated oven.
(The steam revitalized the Fish to perfection. Hurray! )
