This is a former graduate student of mine. He wrote his doctoral dissertation under my supervision. I also officiated at his wedding. He is now tenured at the University of Florida, and was visiting Colorado while on sabbatical (his wife's family lives in Colorado). He is both warm and witty. And an excellent philosopher.
