In Chengdu, China, there's a Mahjong Park, where there are plenty of square tables with 4 players at each table passing their time. It was part of the itinerary of my tour that I didn't know about until I got there. My American tourmates found it interesting, but I hated that noise. I wasn't supposed to photograph any adults who were at this game, but there was this kid, bored as I was, playing by himself while waiting for his mother. I'd never forget his excited expression when we found each other.
