New Bridge at Calver in Derbyshire, photographed on 13 March 2020. The bridge was built in 1781 to carry the new Sheffield-Calver turnpike road over the River Derwent. The building visible through the bridge is Shuttle House which once housed the sluice machinery to control the flow of water down the goit (water channel) to Calver Mill.
