This leads to an underground tunnel that goes under I-25, which is 8 or so lanes wide at this point, to the old part of the steel mill on the other side. Of course, it is sealed off to prevent people like me from getting into the old part of the mill. The area where I was was where many of the administrative buildings and doctors offices and so forth for the mill were located.
