Baked at 350F degrees for 45 minutes.
This was an extra large Mushroom.
Added a little water in bottom of baking dish.
Added mushroom, veggies including generous
amount sliced onions; garlic, cumin, rosemary, pepper.
Added 1/4 C Apple Cider Vinegar. Topped with
Nutritional Yeast and a few fresh cranberries.
At 350F the mushroom was baked just right and veggies
were pleasantly moist, crisp and tasty.
