At first glance I thought it was a penitentiary, then I realized it was too clean, bright and welcoming looking. Not that I’ve ever seen the insides of one. Did training exercises at ft Leavenworth next to the military disciplinary barracks in the 70s and commonly drive by the state and federal pens in Lancing and Leavenworth Ks. None of them looked very inviting, just the opposite in-fact scary as hell. Paul
