I hope that rotates through a range of colours over the course of the night. I like the lighting up of the water fall as a CONCEPT, but this looks a little too much like "The Fiery Gates Of Hell" for me.
I'm not sure that's the vibe that Rochester is aiming for.
(Except maybe on the road into town for competing roller skating teams, THEN it might work rather well...)
