With the prospect of the use of walkers and possibly a
wheelchair, I needed to remove the 18 inch wide base
drawer unit with a narrower 15 inch unit, along with the
cabinet we cut back the countertop after removing the
side laminate. We were able to glue the side piece back
onto the newly cut top and all in all it looks real good!
