A notice explains that ortut (left) are the dried remains after grapes have been pruned. It is used to produce molasses as it burns quick and short, a requirement to control temperature well. The herbs are examples of some of the many herbs that can be mixed in molasses (examples of the results are shown) and are claimed to cure all sorts of ills (that are mentioned).
