The Plaza del General Torrijos is a central square in Málaga, formed mainly by the intersection of the Paseo del Parque, the Paseo de Redding and the Paseo de la Farola. Other important roads that lead to the square are Cánovas del Castillo Avenue, the Paseo de los Curas, Maestranza Street and the Alcazaba tunnel. This place, one of the most symbolic in the capital, divides the boundaries of the Centro and Sancha districts. The famous fountain of the Three Graces, a work by Antoine Durenne at the beginning of the 19th century, is located in the square. As proof of the importance of this point, we can highlight the proximity of Muelle Uno of the port of Málaga, Málaga Park, the Pedro Luis Alonso Gardens, the Noble Hospital, the Municipal Heritage Museum and the La Malagueta bullring.
