Company while working on my iPad

This how I spend the rest of my day after finishing work around noon, with my arm elevated and an ice pack. I usually use my iPad to comment on pictures, still typing with one finger, but easier with the iPad because it often can guess the words I want to use.

Have you considered using a gel pack that you keep in the freezer, instead of the ice cube bag? I don't know how long you have to keep the ice on, but if you have two of the packs you can keep one in the freezer while the other one is warming up. I had lots of gel pack time after my surgery.
