Castell Dolwyddelan with Yr Wyddfa in the background - Well, what a morning ! I started off at Llynnau Mymbyr for the sunrise. Didn't quite work out as expected. I bumped into and had a quick chat with Derren Jones who remained lakeside after I had set off for Rhos quarry at Capel Curig. Remained there for an hour then set off for Dolwyddelan for a shot of the castle as the clouds had started to roll back in. When I arrived the road and track up to my vantage point was pretty iced up. So much so that a plumbers delivery van was stuck in a ditch partly blocking the road up to the location.
