The Plaza del Trabuco is a favourite for many people in the city of Cuenca. For its views, its construction entirely in stone and its fusion with nature. Some of your best photos of the city can be taken here. It is the upper part of Cuenca. The church of San Pedro is here. You can easily get there from the Plaza Mayor, going up the steep street of San Pedro, one of the oldest in the city. The beautiful Carmelite convent (from the 17th century) is right here (on the left of the image) and also the Antonio Pérez Foundation, in the same building, where there are very interesting temporary exhibitions that complete the surprising cultural offer of the city. Also noteworthy in this square are the Bezudo arch, the house of the Inquisition and the ruins of the castle.
