The Fifteenth

We finished our walk in Omeath just as darkness fell and discovered that there was a festival marking August 15th, the Feast of the Assumption, traditionally a day when country dwellers celebrated the end of the harvest. There was a fireworks display on the other side of the Lough but unfortunately I didn't have a tripod or long lens with me
