Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Old City of Jerusalem

I wish I had a better (and more complete) picture of this church, but this seems to be it, other than an interior shot that I’m not wild about. I was tempted to leave it out, but since it’s such an important site for Christians, and probably the reason for many to even visit Jerusalem, I decided to include it. According to Wikipedia:

The Church of the Holy Sepulchre is a fourth-century church in the Christian Quarter of the Old City of Jerusalem. It is considered the holiest site in Christianity and has been the most important pilgrimage site for Christians since the fourth century. According to traditions dating to the fourth century, the church contains both the site where Jesus was crucified at Calvary and the location of Jesus' empty tomb, where he was buried and resurrected.

The history here is incredible. I really like how the people show how large it is. V
