Chinese thugs arrested for attempted murder in Phnom Penh condo

2 foreign nationals have been arrested in Phnom Penh after a compatriot was left fighting for his life.

On July 23, 2023, at around 3:16 AM, the Office of Serious Crimes Police joined forces with the Chamkar Mon District Police to arrest two suspects who committed the crime of attempted murder by using a sharp knife made with a metal rod to cut the victim, causing serious injuries at a condominium in Village 14, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.

The arrested suspects have been named as 1- LI HAO Gender Male, 27 years old, Chinese and BAI XUE, Male, 43 years old, Nationality: Chinese, Occupation: Employee of SEINE SPA massage shop.

Police found 2 sharpened rods which had been used to stab the 34 year old Chinese victim.

The victim suffered severe injuries to the shoulder and arm and is in hospital.

The suspects have been sent to the Phnom Penh Municipal Court to be processed.
