This is a Venus Slipper Orchid flower (Paphiopedilum Pinocchio).

This orchid plant is resilient and easy to grow, and good for beginners. The plant is described as “ever-blooming”, because each stem can be in bloom continuously for 6 months to 2 years.

The flowers are borne sequentially on the stem. Each flower is adorned with a pink pouch, a spring green dorsal sepal, and off-white side petals with burgundy spots.
