In 2024 I walked (mainly) along the outside of the walls, to get a better picture of what they look like now that lots of restoration and consolidation work, and landscaping, have finished. At some gates I passed the gate, and inspected the situation there. At the Mevlana Gate a visitors centre and some fields for general used had been created.
