This area is in the middle of the summer Milky Way, within the constellation Cygnus.
The red nebula is interstellar hydrogen, and the blue is oxygen. This object doesn't appear
in any of the major catalogs of astronomical objects, but it is #57 in the lesser-known
Simeis catalog.
