I made something today that I had never made before. At HEB they were giving out samples of oven baked pork belly that were really good. I decided to give it a try so we bought a slab of pork belly which is really just unsliced, uncured bacon. So I made 1 inch square chunks and baked them in the oven. After they were nice and crispy I tossed them with a soy sriracha glaze. Add some pan fried potatoes and green beans and you have a feast.
