This development is on the old Nestle factory site. The old house, Abbotsford House, was originally near the Parramatta River frontage. It was moved back 200m and painstakingly rebuilt. The rest of the development was based around a central grassed area with 2 story apartments on the inner circle and a row of higher units in 2 crescent shapes around the central grassed area.
