The mute swan, łabędź niemy (Cygnus olor)
The mute swan is one of the heaviest extant flying birds, males are larger than females. On average this is the second-largest waterfowl species, after the trumpeter swan, currently the heaviest birds in Poland capable of active flight.
The male weight range of 7.7 to 14.3 kg, and wingspan range of 200 to 240 cm.
