I like the idea behind this image. The high contrast has made the shapes of this building really stand out and hidden the detail in the windows.
The way the sky has been managed in processing has caused some white halos/spill which I find to be distracting and not beneficial to the image.
The strength of the lines are let down by the soft patches caused potentially by blurring the sky portion of the image.
