This example has approx 5,500 hrs flying time despite being delivered to RAAF in March 1962 directly from Lockheed's Burbank plant. In service for 15 years in maritime reconnaissance, patrol and anti submarine warfare roles.

Note the unusual engine configuration of 2 piston engines and 2 jet engines
