Turtle Ranch-Wagon Gulch

DuBois, Wyoming

Cattle country and a ranch entrance near DuBois, Wyoming. This is an image of my son Paul photographing the entrance of the Turtle Ranch on our way to DuBois to get some barbecue for dinner. Except for the power lines, I doubt much has changed here for many years. Truly a rugged beauty with almost infinite space. Taking side trips from your main destination can be very rewarding.

The composition of this image is exceptional and its beauty too.
We feel well here that after the ranch entrance it is another world of rugged beauty with almost infinite space from the track to the snowy peaks.
Your art of shooting makes us communicate with the nature of the great spaces without doing too much because your images are balanced in a very natural way, Admirable work. VVV.
