Eagles are always wanting to take the best lookout. These two got into a tangle
when the mature (white headed) eagle wanted to use the large rock that was
previously occupied by the younger, immature eagle. They were watching the herring boats
just off shore for herring spillage as the boats were harvesting the herring.
