Bumped into this neighbor with his dog on my return hike from Crooked Run.
They hiked across Crooked Run and headed SE; I hiked back towards home on the opposite shoreline.
Took this image across Lake Frederick from behind Oakgrass Court.

The dog might spook the fish. But then, I'm not sure that the point of having a line in the water is actually to catch something!
