My wife is in a hat-making phase. She has knitted ten or eleven of these over the past couple of weeks. As soon as she showed me this green one, I knew it had to go in the challenge. It pretty much matches her eyes.

How did she learn the knitting skill? Take a course @ JUCO, generational passed down from mother/grandmother, maybe even a knitting club. Paul

It's actually an acrylic-wool blend, which makes it stretchy. One size fits most. Maybe I'll take a picture of the ones she currently has, and put it in pending. Each one is a different color. I've picked one for myself, and she wears a couple herself, and has given about four others away, but she still has quite a few, and has started one in a nice reddish brown color. Alastair
