St. Michael's Church at Kirby Malham

Kirby Malham, North Yorkshire.

It is thought that the church originated no later than the 9th century, and possibly as early as the 7th century, although there is no mention of the church in the Domesday Book. The whole church was completely rebuilt in the 15th century. It was restored in 1879–81 by the Lancaster architects Paley and Austin. [Wikipedia].

Spectacular lighting and clarity in this very beautiful timeless capture. A quiet and peaceful mood combined with the history of this location make this a wonderful capture. VVV
