Last year I planted what I thought was enough Garlic.
Lost 1/3 of it because one bed failed.
When I did the math to plant enough
I had to replant another 1/3 this year.
Ran out by Thanksgiving.
A lot riding on this crop.
Getting enough high quality garlic
to replant next year and
have some for the kitchen
to last through to the spring of 2025.
It's a gamble but so worth it.
And? Is it enough?
We have been having a false spring
so we'll see what effect that will have.
Watch out for a freeze in March.
