Friends are coming round on Hogmanay to see in the new year, and while this isn't a traditional Hogmanay delicacy, I took the opportunity in Edinburgh to catch one of these little guys (and his vegetarian sibling) for dinner tomorrow night, I shall serve them with all the trimmings and copious amounts of whiskies of course 🙂
