Opted to take a more mountainous return route from Estapona to Gaucín.
This was a pull-off that offered a glorious view of the Mediterranean coast.
We went further up into the mountains to a town called Jubrique.
We had our first real adventure there by trying to drive through the town in a small manual transmission vehicle.
We made it, but it was hairy with steep inclines, sharp corners around buildings, and such narrow streets
that we had to fold-in the mirrors of our rental car.
Sorry that I didn't get any photos of Jubrique, but I was a little busy wrestling my way through.
